About Us
Summerland Renovations
My name is Denis Putiyenko and I am the founder and owner of Oakville Renovations and Summerland Renovations. I now live in the Summerland region with my wife and one child. I immigrated to Canada in 1995 as a professional athlete but began working for Mattamy homes in 1996. While working for Mattamy, I learned about the construction industry and the various trades within it.
In 2002 with all the knowledge and experience I gained while at Mattamy, I decided to venture out on my own and started Oakville Renovations. Since then, my team and I have completed hundreds of projects both big and small throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
From 2005 – 2010 I was hired as an instructor at the York Construction Academy where I taught and shared my knowledge with hundreds of students over those 5 years.
The secret to Oakville Renovations growth and success has been based on providing the highest level of customer service and quality to every client big or small. Our goal is to make sure you’re happy at the end of your construction project.
